To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日見到超多人買外賣，一直都想試吓，星期日見到人少少入去試吓堂食$30海南雞飯仲要有油飯，包嘢飲真係好抵所以豪$5俾佢轉左雞髀雞髀勁滑，好入味唔使點醬料都好食，薑蓉係綠色，初頭以為係Wasabi原來係老闆娘親手打到好爛嘅薑同蔥，冇渣。食食吓見到有人叫幾十盒，成箱外賣🤣🤣好誇張，$30超多份量味道又唔錯唔怪得知咁多人外賣，女仔食或者細食嘅建議同老闆講少飯😂如果唔係真係食唔晒有心機小店👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
