To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯市其實都好多食壽司嘅地方，但元氣總會令我隔一段時間都會返去再食，除左佢性價比比較高之外，佢menu都會有定期嘅新款。今次嚟到見到有油甘魚天身，完全心心眼，因為天身係成條魚最嫰油脂比較多而且又冇筋嘅地方，所以性價比真係十分之高；辣三文魚軍艦係我每次元氣必點嘅壽司之一，而且一直都保持到一貫嘅水準；中拖羅就略嫌比較薄身，而甜品方面極力推介濃厚生朱古力同埋海鹽檸檬焦糖芝士蛋糕，海鹽檸檬完全中和左芝士蛋糕嘅膩。另外每次去到元氣都會好鍾意睇佢碟上而嘅字句同埋公仔。
