To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友食個快飯，就搵咗附近呢間車仔麵，不過呢家車仔麵店附近都有間，朋友仲唔小心去錯咗😂叫咗個辣汁湯底配粗麵，都真係幾辣，有小辣至中辣咁上下。配料叫咗豬血、魚皮餃、蠔皇花菇同糖心蛋。糖心蛋夠流心幾出色，豬血都算入味，花菇略嫌細粒少少。朋友就嗌咗糖心蛋，咖哩魷魚、滷水雞翼尖同白蘿蔔。白蘿蔔都幾大舊，而且夠淋又冇渣，咖哩魷魚幾正，聽講係呢度出名嘅。滷水雞翼尖嘅滷水味重，食落又甜甜地幾惹味咁，呢家餐廳整體唔錯。

叫咗個辣汁湯底配粗麵，都真係幾辣，有小辣至中辣咁上下。配料叫咗豬血、魚皮餃、蠔皇花菇同糖心蛋。

糖心蛋夠流心幾出色，豬血都算入味，花菇略嫌細粒少少。
