To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕節到到食都貴，想平平地又食得開心少少，見到有App訂位有6折，就黎試試。可能我地太夜九點先食，所以一入到店舖得一枱人食緊，不過都好，可以靜靜地食。叫左一碗拉麵一碗沾麵同雞翼，6折後只需$140，非常抵食，仲要味道唔差。 北海道牛奶風味拉麵 $85 湯底好香好滑，牛奶味濃郁，唔會好咸，正。拉麵偏硬身，有兩塊叉燒，正常味道，肉質算係淋身，仲有隻糖心蛋。 黃金蟹膏牛奶沾麵 $88 試左拉麵想試埋沾麵，見期間限定又係最平，就叫左呢個試。麵就同拉麵一樣，但就更加彈牙，而蟹膏就比左好，我估應該係之前四圍賣到好出名嘅韓國蟹膏黎，每啖都拎少少蟹膏放係麵到再點落熱辣辣牛奶湯咁食，令到甜中帶咸香，超正，除左叉燒同糖心蛋，仲有蟹柳，呢個更加抵食。 富山手羽 $48原本雞翼味道都好夠，加埋面頭嘅醬，個人覺得咸左少少，不過整體黎講係好味。。
