黃竹坑THE SOUTHSIDE終於開幕! 慢慢開始有商舖進駐,我都同同事一齊黎食下晚餐~見到有開幕優惠,一行三人黎左華宴食府! 試齊佢優惠既三款菜品。有精品五福拼盤(海蜇,叉燒,鴨舌,海參)前菜黎講整得唔錯,份量足而且涼菜好開胃。海蜇清爽,鴨舌惹味,係唔錯既開胃菜~芝士貴妃醬焗老虎蝦,芝士醬滿瀉~ 虎蝦大大隻又爽又彈牙,焗得香之餘又夠juicy野生石橄欖燉豬軟骨湯,最鍾意飲燉湯! 呢度既湯都幾出味,夠哂火喉,而且足料唔馬虎~ 鮮摘蟲草花蒸海花斑件,花斑件撈左粉先去蒸,蒸出黎夠哂滑! 灑得多蔥香味十足,配埋魚既香甜非常好食。醬鮮露筍百合炒元貝,元貝夠新鮮,唔會炒過火,配香脆鮮露筍,整個菜都係清甜
