To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收工,返到元朗屯市門都差不多8:30pm,唔想食茶記叫小菜,又想到打邊爐,想吃肉吃菜吃咩,自由點.入坐前,知客姐姐問湯底要魚煲定雞煲?魚煲啦.人手唔夠,自己拿碗碟筷子.自己找伙記order特價啤酒.手機點咗鵝腸,羊肉,牛肉,絲瓜,莧菜.煎過既魚頭,胡椒味重,湯底味精很濃,不斷加清水稀釋;不断飲凍啤才平衡到那份鹹味.牛肉,醃得不過籠, 都算不錯,羊肉片,一般般. 絲瓜,莧菜,份量不少又新鮮.绝大部份街坊熟客.不會埋怨服務員人手唔夠,投訴招呼怠慢,自己動手攞食具,感覺氣氛相當融洽.
