To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 抵食日式外賣店

中午放lunch走過上環，見到呢間食店咁多人，咁點都要試下啦。我自己就叫左個三文魚蟹子刺身飯。哇，三文魚好厚切，又新鮮，比左好多片三文魚，都只係$50。出面街都一定食唔到。三文魚如果唔厚切，口感一定唔好。另外，我見到display櫃放左好多壽司，刺身全部都好厚切，好抵食咁呀。件魚仲大件過舊飯。我同行的幾個fd，佢地話之前公司開party，係呢間日之苑度訂壽司。佢地d壽司出名大件，魚生多，d飯酸得來有少少甜味，使人特別開胃。而且，佢地d壽司，仲好吃過好多大型鏈鎖日式料理，價錢又平。我另一個fd買了個熱飯盒，係野菜照燒雞扒飯。佢地塊雞扒大大塊，把整盒飯都蓋了，30幾元。講真，上環區來記，上環日之苑d野，真係算扺食了。d員工好好禮貌，仲同我地講，以後如果想快d有野食拿，就最好打定電話訂餐，取餐時再付款。哇，多麼多麼的禮貼啊!!!下次試下先。一定會推介比d fd呀!

Other Info. : 永遠見呢間鋪都係咁多人，有時真比d人嚇親，怕有排等。但都好快有餐拿。
