To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小朋友而家喺呢度附近返課外活動，見近近地就元氣壽司食lunch ，佢哋嘅玉子燒真係小朋友嘅至愛，玉子燒加咗芝士醬汁，更加好食！另外我哋都好好鍾意呢個微辣嘅三文魚，加咗少少辣汁同埋蒜片，十分香口！另外仲有蟹膏系列的軍艦壽司，蟹膏香甜都幾好食㗎！而且元氣壽司環境寬敞，好適合一家大細去食！
