To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去完康城站探朋友之後，就係附近搵啲嘢食解決晚餐，想清清地食個河粉，所以就揀左哩間清湯腩。哩間餐廳新開左冇幾耐，所以環境乾淨企理，有卡位同圓枱可以揀。估唔到哩到都有唔同款式既飯麵可以選擇，仲要有酸辣粉，同行朋友即刻揀咗酸辣粉🤣而我就揀左三寶河。🥣清湯牛三寶河（牛腩、牛肚、牛筋） $61三寶河好足料，牛肚非常厚身，而且唔會太霖，口感啱啱好，牛腩我冇揀到崩沙腩，所以哩隻係比較瘦個種，牛筋一啲都唔韌，好易咬，因為預先已經醃製過，所以味道較鹹。我另外加左雲吞，$10有兩粒，餡料豬肉已經醃製過，非常夠味。🥣牛筋酸辣粉 $53薯粉彈牙煙韌，好夠麻辣，嗰種麻辣係會係口腔迴盪嗰隻🤣另外仲有啲肉碎同酸菜，整體味道真係唔錯！飲品：豆漿
