To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

畢業之後甚少回到聯和墟，但想不到現在這裡開了很多新的餐廳😮同行的朋友推薦了她很常去的小店-越瀧棧，她說這間餐廳的泰國料理很有水準，價錢也很便宜😆香茅雞翼船粉雞翼外皮炸得很香脆，肉質吃起來很嫩滑；船粉的口感爽滑，湯底也很濃郁、鮮甜，不錯👍🏻香茅豬扒飯豬扒的份量很多，配上很香的蔥油，很下飯😋醃蘿蔔吃起來酸酸甜甜的，可以去除豬扒的油膩感!越式春卷春卷炸得外脆內軟，皮薄料多，吃起來不會太油膩XD

香茅雞翼船粉
雞翼外皮炸得很香脆，肉質吃起來很嫩滑；船粉的口感爽滑，湯底也很濃郁、鮮甜，不錯👍🏻

豬扒的份量很多，配上很香的蔥油，很下飯😋醃蘿蔔吃起來酸酸甜甜的，可以去除豬扒的油膩感!
