朋友帶我去九龍城食泰國嘢,我第次黎呢間,2個人叫左鮮蝦炒乾河(HKD68),咸魚炒椰菜苗(HKD68),同店員推介檸檬燒牛肉(HKD108)。PS. 唔記得影餐牌,價錢屬印象派。我幾鍾意個炒河,雖然話係乾炒,但係一d都唔乾身,少少濕。應該用甜豉油炒,唔會太鹹,甜甜地,最重要夠鑊氣,有dd焦香啱晒我心意,一個人食都可以當lunch食。炒椰菜苗就正常嘢,無咩特別,如果d苗可以再嫩d仲正。其他枱都有叫檸檬燒牛肉,應該係佢地招牌之一,肉嘅表面有d脆口。雖然話檸檬燒,但出奇地唔酸,少少咸。燒到裡面仲有少少生生地,啱啱好唔流血。不過肉同脂肪嘅比例係1:1........如果可以少d脂肪就好喇。
