To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚來到科學園呢間酒樓， 嘩！竟然星期六晚都咁多人，訂左7:30 都要等一陣才有位。待應介紹我們一些抵食推介。大部份都是海鮮菜式， 看看價錢真係好抵。還有這些套餐選擇，都係價錢相宜我們二人看過menu後， 都是決定散叫。杏汁燉白肺湯濃濃的杏汁香散發出來，一盎大概有四，五碗白肺都清洗得乾淨入味椒鹽鮮鮑魚蒸鮑魚食得多，椒鹽鮑魚第一次食,外香脆，内鬆軟星加坡胡椒蟹辣味適中，胡椒蟹當然沒有在星加坡那麼大隻啦！ 但係啖啖肉 上湯焗龍蝦伊麵呢個又係超抵食，龍蝦好多肉，伊麵份量適中。埋單，大概$647 總括來說喜慶酒樓的海鮮真係又抵食又好味。如果揸車入嚟食滿200蚊還有兩小時泊車免費，400蚊有四小時。
