To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家都食過澳門的豬扒包,除了猪扒的用料好外,最重要是包皮要烤得夠香脆,那麽即使普通猪扒也做到很香口的豬扒包。 但通常在茶餐廳的豬扒經炸爐猛火炸後,猪扒表面黐满油,油脂滲入包皮,包身便變得太淋身及太油膩,不健康又不好食。但大家樂的猪扒包當然不是用炭爐烤,麵包都是放入烤爐裏烘,再夾上一片頗厚身的洋蔥炸豬扒,我見這分店的店員將每片包都烘兩轉,保証包身夠干身香脆,餡中有很多洋蔥片,味道出乎意料的好,而且用手揸住都唔會油淋淋。 近日大家樂有Coke ZERO 供應,整杯可樂零蛋便唔怕高糖分高熱量啦!十多元包一杯飲品其實都算幾抵食,今日唔驶俾錢, SO FAR SO GOOD!
