最近夜晚又禁堂食,斬料就啱晒啦,煮個菜同飯就食得😜明爐燒鴨 (半隻)燒鴨最重要係個火侯要控制得好,令到佢個外皮夠晒脆,充滿酥香,食落啖啖肉,充滿香港地道風味🤤燒味佬叉燒 (半斤)唔同人對叉燒有唔同嘅評價,有人鍾意全瘦,有人鍾意半肥瘦,但係燶邊先係一舊叉燒嘅精粹!燶邊嘅程度係要啱啱好,咁樣先可以令到嗰陣麥芽糖味昇華,係甜味以外加多一種層次感😆客家鹽焗雞 (半隻)鹽焗雞係客家人經常會食嘅粗菜,粗嘅地方係指佢做法簡單,當初都係偶然咁用鹽貯存食物而發現呢種食法,但係又神奇地保留到原汁原味,雞肉鮮香可口😋海蜇拼泰式鳳爪 (半磅)海蜇夠晒新鮮,食落「索索」聲!配埋呢個無骨嘅泰式鳳爪 ,唔單止味道夠晒開胃醒神,仲啱晒我呢類唔鍾意吐骨嘅懶人🤪

唔同人對叉燒有唔同嘅評價,有人鍾意全瘦,有人鍾意半肥瘦,但係燶邊先係一舊叉燒嘅精粹!燶邊嘅程度係要啱啱好,咁樣先可以令到嗰陣麥芽糖味昇華,係甜味以外加多一種層次感😆
