今次來到一間新開張嘅米芝蓮星級泰國餐廳,餐廳好寬敞,好多座位,裝修充滿東南亞特色,燈光柔和,坐得好舒服。首先,揀咗一個小食「蟹膏蝦多士」,蝦膏好鮮甜、好香口,配合炸蝦多士,炸到脆卜卜,但係唔會好油膩,好正,十分推介。另外叫咗一份「豬頸肉串燒」,一份有兩串,兩個人食啱啱好。 豬頸肉好嫩滑、好爽口,切到薄薄地,燒到外脆內軟,調味好入味、好惹味。澱粉質飽肚主食方面,一定要食「蟹肉炒飯」,蟹肉又多又大粒,而下面嘅炒飯,炒到好香,熱辣辣,完全係大師級師傅製作。仲有「牛柳炒闊河」,河粉好爽口,配合醬料一齊炒,河粉吸收晒醬汁嘅味道,小小辣辣地,好正。飲品方面,叫咗「香茅青檸沙冰加仙草」,酸酸味味,好開胃,大大杯,夠晒冰凍解渴。仲有「鮮椰青」,即叫即開,好新鮮。
