仲未有得去台灣旅行,所以我都好留意新開台灣菜餐廳。呢間新開餐廳主打台灣牛肉麵,定價唔貴而且評價都ok. 搵日放工去左試下叫左個川味麻辣半筋半肉麵 ($76)有好大塊嘅牛腱同牛筋,牛腱煮得十分軟腍入味,牛筋口感帶膠質,同樣炆得軟腍。湯底帶點麻辣香味,見到d紅油但又唔會好辣,仲有少量酸菜。麵可揀關廟麵或刀削麵,選左後者。美中不足就係呢個刀削麵應該係攞現成貨,texture 較腍欠缺左口感另外叫左個古早味滷肉飯 ($58)滷肉肥瘦適中,既有瘦肉口感亦帶有點肥肉油香,調味剛好很下飯。亦配有酸菜同黃蘿蔔減低左滷肉油膩感,味道唔錯️ 甜不辣 $36炸過所以都有點油膩感,口感帶煙韌,加埋個sauce 幾有台灣夜市檔仔嘅感覺跟餐蜂蜜綠茶味道ok. 另外叫左杯金桔檸檬紅茶 跟餐加$4,反而覺得略甜左d. 不過都有茶味,而且好大杯
