呢間旺角樓上即燒BB豬專門店近期推出咗長腳蟹Crossover燒BB豬做$888.套餐,已包括一隻約四斤重的阿拉斯加長腳蟹,來貨價據稱超過$200/斤,喺宜家疫情期間見佢哋星期四晚市都有八成客真係估計多熟客加持,本身想轉花鵰蛋白蒸但店員寫包單話清蒸先係最好嘅食法,果然一上桌份量十足,應該無呃秤,熱騰騰拆咗肉出嚟真係清、鮮、甜,我哋四個人分都吃到夠、吃足癮來,跟著隻BB豬上桌,辣口的好夠熱,配埋豬底的飯吸咗燒豬滲出的油分,豐腴惹味,豬可能因用三個月大奶豬,不會太肥膩,真係一件一件追住食。其他小菜都出色,但招呼及衞生仍有進步空間,但整體評分水準之上。
