To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日同屋企人去了旺角新世紀廣場的韓樂吃午餐之前都已經去過兩三次,今次等了20分鐘先有位!真系都幾多人,先生點了韓風板燒牛扒配珍珠飯,牛肉出奇地好味又唔硬,都幾重肉味。哥哥點了溫泉蛋牛肉石窩珍珠飯,有齊兩款醬汁,淋上去好香好濃,肥牛片都唔錯,上面的溫泉蛋加埋醬汁撈飯好正我就點左韓風香酥炸雞配豬骨濃湯粉絲,粉絲係幼身的薯粉湯底呈奶白色,妹妹食到讚不絕口!炸雞上的醬汁有少少辣,好有韓式泡菜的味道⋯⋯雞肉好juice,值得一試!
