天寒地凍最啱就係食燒烤,見好耐冇黎炑八,又同朋友黎食。旺角分店係第一次黎,座位一貫闊落舒服。落完單,侍應就先上前菜, 沙律、 生菜同爐邊蛋,除左沙律之外,全部都係可以免費追。爐邊蛋雖然加左泡菜,但只係吊下味唔會辣,另一邊係芝士粟米,兩款都好食,我地encore左兩次。前菜方面,我就最鍾意海帶,清清涼涼食得太多肉食啲海帶冇咁滯。荔枝梳打 & 菠蘿梳打($38) – 梳打夠大杯,荔枝同菠蘿味都好出,入面仲有大大粒荔枝同菠蘿。芝士炸雞($158/半份) - 炸雞有得揀有骨同無骨,我地揀左無骨方便食。芝士炸雞用鐵鑊上,上枱時仲係熱辣辣,芝士有拉絲,炸雞亦唔會太乾,不過就要盡快食,否則凍左芝士會變硬。原味牛舌($138) – 牛舌雖然唔係厚切,不過食落都幾彈口,燒到七成熟仲keep倒嫩口啱啱好。韓式豬皮配炒芝麻($78) – 燒豬皮係全晚其中一樣最愛,佢本身已經醃得入味,燒完嘅豬皮軟腍得黎帶少少咬口,好好食。特級牛肋骨($288) – 牛肋骨好大份,仲長過我隻前臂,肥瘦適中又冇筋,燒到七成熟,口感嫩腍幾好食。牛肋骨下面仲有大蝦、冬菇、南瓜。厚切五花腩($138) – 五花腩脂肪同肉梅花間竹,目
