終於放假想食好西,左諗右諗就決定要食燒肉啦!今次入咗大埔搵朋友,朋友介紹呢一間餐廳嘅質素都唔錯!望完個價錢覺得都幾抵食😍今次我哋就分別叫咗以下呢兩款🔶極上原條厚切牛舌芯 $128 🔶傳統石燒:美國黑安格斯牛膈肌  $129/200g 兩款其實我都好鍾意,因為牛肉嘅質素都相當之高!但係兩款有極度不一樣的口感,但係都係非常之好食🥰如果想追求爽脆鮮嫩嘅口感就一定要食呢一個厚切牛舌芯,因為佢真係原條直上,超級吸引,仲要你想有幾厚切就幾厚切!但係如果你想食比較鬆軟嘅口感,就可以選擇呢一款美國黑安格斯牛膈肌,佢嘅牛肉味道就更加突出,而且肉汁都好豐富!絕對會愛上!

兩款其實我都好鍾意,因為牛肉嘅質素都相當之高!但係兩款有極度不一樣的口感,但係都係非常之好食🥰

如果想追求爽脆鮮嫩嘅口感就一定要食呢一個厚切牛舌芯,因為佢真係原條直上,超級吸引,仲要你想有幾厚切就幾厚切!

但係如果你想食比較鬆軟嘅口感,就可以選擇呢一款美國黑安格斯牛膈肌,佢嘅牛肉味道就更加突出,而且肉汁都好豐富!絕對會愛上!
