To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蔬菜湯有啲似羅宋湯，味道清甜，但驚喜地加上炸脆皮同埋螺絲粉😲！

♥ Pasta of the day - fettuccine carbonara🍝
每日都有唔同嘅意粉選擇，當日呢一個Carbonara闊條麵真係不得了😍😍😍！
雖然明顯唔係正宗嘅尼泊爾菜，但佢哋的確加入咗少少尼泊爾嘅元素。
唔係正宗只用蛋汁製作嘅carbonara，所以用咗一種帶有煙熏味嘅芝士、忌廉，配上煎到剛好嘅煙肉，成個意粉香到🤩！
當然佢哋個闊條麵口感亦都煮得剛好，非常出色！
