秋風起,最啱打邊爐或者食雞煲。見呢幾日返風凍咗好多,喺金魚街買完寵物野就同朋友一齊食個麻辣雞煲暖下身子。見呢度幾就腳,卡位又大又闊落。就唔諗咁多入黎會一會佢。招牌雞煲(半隻,少辣) : 侍應姐姐即快炒成分鐘,令到香氣四溢。份量都幾多,雞件唔會斬得好碎/細件。雞肉食落都嫩滑,醬汁麻中帶辣混合埋花椒八角嘅香味又唔嗆鼻,十分惹味。雞煲除咗主角嘅雞肉,配料如干蔥/芫茜/洋蔥等,經過炆煮都變得軟腍入味,味道唔比雞肉遜色。原隻椰青冬陰公湯: 一上枱就捧黎兩大碗仲以為送錯咗,侍應姐姐解釋係因為個冬陰公湯份量太多,一個椰青裝唔晒。湯底酸/辣/甜/咸平衡得幾好,而且又夠香。啱晒依家濕凍天氣,飲完作身暖笠笠。入面材料都好多,基本嘅大蝦/菇/香茅/蕃茄/辣椒等等之外,仲將椰水/椰青肉都刨咗入去熬湯,所以飲落隱約食得出椰子嘅香甜。香葉肉碎炒飯:有靚湯當然要配個靚飯一齊食啦。肉碎炒飯雖然簡單,但炒得夠乾身同香就一啲都唔容易。加上切碎嘅辣椒同香葉,令到炒飯更惹味。絕對係水準之上。配埋冬陰公湯,真係飽到上心口,啱晒放工過黎鬆一鬆。埋單時仲有個椰汁西米糕,清香之餘帶點甜,完全係解辣首選。侍應姐姐見我地鐘意食,仲俾埋另
