今日同朋友一齊去深水埗覓食,結果揀左食越南野,我地各自叫左碗粉同小食😋我食檬粉+生牛肉(食越南粉當然要食)+祕製豬軟骨+唐生菜+牛骨湯底。成碗粉幾清,唔油膩,好岩我心水,我仲加哂d辣椒+青檸+配菜落去,越南風味出哂黎!味道幾好!我最推薦祕製豬軟骨!因為有肉味得黎,又炆得好冧!唔會有過多既調味料!生牛肉肉質幾易咬,湯底亦足夠熱令生牛肉變熟!另外小食方面,我食左炸春卷,味道ok! 雞肉串燒,唔會好油,個醬係精華所在,將雞串味道提升!另外仲食左燒帶子明蝦涼拌茄子,蝦幾爽口,帶子都唔錯!另外,叫左杯椰青特飲,走甜,有好多椰肉😋總結,食物唔會油膩,岩我口味,性價比高!😋環境都光猛乾淨,服務員態度好,可以encore!
