因為見到拉麵關注組長期討論,終於有機會試吓,平日六點左右唔係咁多人,等咗5分鐘就有位,入面好細,座位唔多,不過都唔算太迫嘅。我叫咗地雞鹽味拉麵,配料有叉燒,筍,半熟蛋,慢煮雞胸,京蔥和洋蔥。因為我鍾意食硬麵,所以特別同店員講要求硬麵。湯底係好清甜嘅雞湯,雖然放了雞油,不過唔油膩,一邊食一邊飲湯,食到最後會覺得偏鹹。雞胸有煙熏味,幾特別,不過有少少鞋。配料放了大量京蔥和紫洋蔥碎,都幾重口味,如果唔鍾意蔥或者唔想食完個口全日一大浸味,可以走蔥。餐廳有一個細心位,就係有橡筋提供俾客人們紮起啲頭髮,我都係第一次見枱面有橡筋提供
