To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

總認為選擇越少的拉麵店才是 因為這樣就可以尊心做好一樣食物 豚王拉麵只有4款 - 豚王, 赤王, 黑王, 翠王我與黑字有緣 - 所以點了黑王 豚王點麵也是要填FORM的 - 我比較注重拉麵的軟硬度 我喜歡硬麵 麵如其名 整碗也是黑色的(要約會的女士小心你們吃完拉麵後的牙齒變黑  )碗內的黑色BALL是什麼?! 聞說它是以墨魚汁, 黑芝麻及秘製黑醬製作而成的黑王球!!!!其實應該是墨魚汁, 墨魚肉 + 豬肉碎而成的BALL將它拌入湯底一齊食黑色湯底又香又濃彷彿還透著墨魚的鮮碗旁放著黑木耳又是一亮點黑木耳的爽配著麵條的煙軔口感很不錯這個黑王真的很好味下次再挑戰其他王
