🍴唐揚炸雞老闆見我地叫左生啤,特登將雞肉炸脆d畀我地送酒,外層真係夠晒脆,咬落亦唔乾。🍴自家製黑豚叉燒拉麵湯底用新鮮豬骨、雞腳、多款蔬菜熬足20個鐘,油脂無坊間日式拉麵湯底咁多,但味道依然濃郁,飲完唔會口渴,果然真材實料。厚切叉燒亦係廚師秘製,肥瘦適中,口感鬆化,有豬味但唔臊,麵條係幼麵,軟滑得黎唔太腍。🍴日式沾麵吧枱牆身寫住「廚師強烈推介」日式沾麵,老闆話係新出嘅魚介沾麵配三文魚刺身,三文魚我就真係麻麻,不過朋友就鍾意食,而我亦都特別鍾情魚介拉麵、沾麵,所以決定試下。麵條選用台灣關廟闊麵,非常爽彈,魚介湯汁鰹魚味突出,濃而不鹹,微涼嘅闊麵浸落熱辣辣嘅濃湯,非常掛汁,呢個配搭好出色。下次有機會仲想試埋用海鮮同全雞熬製嘅大蝦海鮮拉麵,同埋辛辣豬膶拉麵,除左創意拉麵仲有其他主食,附近嘅打工仔真係有口福,過黎食午餐又得,放工飲幾杯亦得。📍娜吧炮台山宏安道18號AIA 大廈地下17號舖
