To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於天氣凍, 特別想食D熱笠笠既晚餐, 所以走左入東大街既八雲醫肚我地坐低Order左2個拉麵, 分別係牛油拉麵同埋豬軟骨拉麵, 之後再補叫多個韭菜炒豬潤, 可能由於比較夜, 客人較少, 所以食物好快就到韭菜炒豬潤 - 豬潤炒得唔算爽, 但係都算新鮮又唔腥, 而且因為係open kitchen, 望住師傅即叫即炒特別有鑊氣, 讚喔!豬軟骨拉麵 - 淡淡的湯底加上一般的豬軟骨,感覺驚喜不大牛油拉麵 - 真係有大大片牛油遊緊水架!! 牛油融左落湯之後, 成碗湯拉麵既刻變左身咁, 又香又綿, 非常值得一試!經常覺得, 一碗拉麵好食與否, 好睇個人口味, 麵的軟硬, 湯既濃度, 配菜的多寡都好影響評價今次去八雲, 又係另一種口味既拉麵, 而且價錢亦比較相宜, 再去指數有80%!
