To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

拉麵OK，但小食更多驚喜

今天與老公兩人在大角咀一帶隨意找吃的，神奇是星期六約六時半都有些店空無一人。。。。見這間店似樣又不是空無一人就入去了。店不大，大約得6 二人tables, 1 四人table，但店員（還是店長？）服務很好。她說話很溫柔淡定，但行動有效率～～～叫了豬肉拉麵和雜錦拉麵($78set有小食，$86set有小食及汽水，雜錦拉麵+$5)，拉麵OK，但小食更多驚喜。不過因為顧住食，小食無影相。超好食小食：薯仔沙律（醒胃，清甜）、炸南瓜薯餅（足料）～～～不過可能我們不夠大食，一碗麵一人吃不完。感覺雜錦拉麵吃吃下會滯住，可能因為夠餸？！不過店較小，如果日後多人，就應該很難找到位和會迫迫地。無乜人時吃應該會更好。
