今日去吃午餐,食物好一般, 唔好食都算啦,最差勁嘅就係招呼問題, 全場得三個侍應, 人手不足都會體諒;但有一個穿西裝嘅男職員,我諗佢係經理, 呢個經理好冇禮貌, 我埋單畀咗卡之後,等咗十五分鐘有多,都未畀返張卡我,見佢地咁忙,咪自己走咗去counter問碌好卡未,在水吧枱面見倒我張信用卡同單據放在埋單個fold內打開咗,冇人理會😨, 呢個已經係好大問題,萬一比有心人順手牽羊取走信用卡,咁邊個負責呢?? 之後我就在單上面簽名,呢個經理就好唔客氣咁問我👉你仲乜簽名😡 又問乜你唔係住客嚟㗎咩 ? 👈真係好想問你門口有冇大字標題寫住衹招待酒店客人 👊👊👊簽好後佢就好晦氣咁比番張卡和單據畀我,頭也不回行咗去, 一句多謝都冇😡另外後面枱女客人係有個侍應叫佢坐個張枱,但係呢個經理叫女客人起身畀番張枱佢,佢話已經留咗嗰張枱畀六位客人用, 所以佢唔坐得, 佢態度係好差好差, 由於我哋已經食完,所以就擰轉面同女客人講不如你坐我哋呢張啦,我哋已經埋緊單, 女客人就問經理可唔坐我哋嗰張枱, 經理又好冇禮貌咁答佢👉你鍾意啦👈, 竟然一啲歉意都冇, 畢竟係佢啲侍應叫個女客人坐嗰張枱, 既然你的下屬搞錯,你係咪應
另外後面枱女客人係有個侍應叫佢坐個張枱,但係呢個經理叫女客人起身畀番張枱佢,佢話已經留咗嗰張枱畀六位客人用, 所以佢唔坐得, 佢態度係好差好差, 由於我哋已經食完,所以就擰轉面同女客人講不如你坐我哋呢張啦,我哋已經埋緊單, 女客人就問經理可唔坐我哋嗰張枱, 經理又好冇禮貌咁答佢👉你鍾意啦👈, 竟然一啲歉意都冇, 畢竟係佢啲侍應叫個女客人坐嗰張枱, 既然你的下屬搞錯,你係咪應該安排返另一個座位畀呢位女客人呢!! 同埋態度係咪應該要婉轉啲呢🙄
呢間餐廳除咗環境舒服之外,真係乏善足陳👎👎
