約了家人飲茶,選了元朗紅爵御宴,此酒樓非常之旺,差不多等了半小時才有位,坐低看餐牌才知道是季季紅集團,當然最出名就是乳豬,及有米乳豬,約六百元一隻,二話不說,就點了半隻,320元,份量不少,食落皮脆肉嫩,有水準,不愧為招牌菜, 配甜醬砂糖,不覺肥膩,味覺提升,四個人剛好,其他點心就一般般,因即叫即蒸,時間比較等得耐啲。可能現在請人真的很困難,傳菜方面手忙腳亂, 很容易搞錯枱號搞錯帳單,埋單時真要小心小心睇單。
