星期六晚和朋友到登龍街食dinner,試了「越色」餐廳嘅生熟牛肉湯河。生牛肉無乜牛肉嘅香味;熟牛肉則有點羶,口感韌。牛肉湯湯底普通,欠缺應有嘅鮮甜味;河粉麵質較幼,唔滑口。如以「牛肉粉」作為招牌嘅一部份就真係差DD啦!
