招牌牛肉粉都係一般啫

星期六晚和朋友到登龍街食dinner，試了「越色」餐廳嘅生熟牛肉湯河。生牛肉無乜牛肉嘅香味；熟牛肉則有點羶，口感韌。牛肉湯湯底普通，欠缺應有嘅鮮甜味；河粉麵質較幼，唔滑口。如以「牛肉粉」作為招牌嘅一部份就真係差DD啦！
