荃灣真係幾多好野食,同元朗一樣,緊係要踏下場啦!起網上搵左間食落唔會太有負擔既食店,慰藉下想食好東西的肚子!!!成日都話自己唔想食得太有負擔,是因為覺得食物係要好吃才擺入口,最近既經驗都覺得好食的往往是小食!!正好就起網上見到個瑞士雞脾非常吸引了!廚師會將瑞士汁加入碟上,令食到沒有瑞士覆蓋的部分也可以點個瑞士汁再入肚!顏色係好深,以為會好咸,但係瑞士汁係取色,甜甜的瑞士汁咁深入肉質!食客往往都會怕隻雞脾擺左入去瑞士汁入面煲會令到個肉質更為粗糙!反而呢個又無,大概佢地烹調都會有一定的時間控制,上次食元朗既WHATEVER個陣就見佢地用個錶去計時!蕃茄超濃,每一下都盛著蕃茄肉,真的落左本用好多蕃茄煮成的!廚師同餐廳都好用心咁維持仍地招牌菜的聲威,見到之前無數個食評都對此有讚無彈就知啦!蕃茄湯都比左好多我,好滿的一碗,其實食食下都好似飲湯!! 實在太甜啦!咁多新鮮蕃茄!個蛋係加左牛奶煎架! 其實好明顯分別得出,因為軟滑度有好多大的分別!平時起茶餐廳都只係用牛油炒滑蛋,其實食到牛油的脂肪味架!而落牛奶就唔會有那個油膩感!
