To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得小時候每次拜山於我來說就等如登高,因為媽媽從小在村裡長大,那裡的居民過身後也會葬在村的後山,那時的山路超級難行,是踏在泥土上一步一步的慢行上山的,由其是清明節時經常下雨,所穿的球鞋便會滿布泥濘,而且山路濕滑,不太好行的,現在想起當年拜山也挺辛苦的!最近數年村民夾錢建了混凝土路,上山的路沒有那麼迂迴曲折,上山的時間也可推遲到10時多,可以到大家樂吃個豐富早餐才上山~是日假期仍有超值早晨套餐,$20 的早餐包括火腿扭扭粉、腸仔、火腿及厚多士及餐飲,真是超級抵呀!火腿扭扭粉的扭扭粉很煙韌,淥的時間剛好,配上火腿絲,美味又健康; 腸仔是熱辣辣的,不過火腿沒有煎過,凍的火腿不太好吃,至於熱烘烘的多士配上一大舊牛油,那有不好吃的道理呢?至於熱檸茶的茶底也很濃的,加上數片檸檬,味道也佳! 發現這間屋村大家樂的質數比市區的分店來得更好,至少食物熱度很足夠!
