To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Business lunch 間唔中都會來紫玉蘭，有多種不同價位的商務套餐，今次一行8位就選了$788這個鮑魚精選套餐 。而這個價位來說，環境比較嘈雜，上菜服務正常 。點菜後大概15分鐘上菜，頭盤玉蘭三品很不錯乾燒蝦球調味重了一點，醬汁有點甜和超級多蒜，蝦肉挺彈牙，但下面的鍋巴早已被醬汁浸淋了 。燕窩羹味道口感都不錯 。原隻蠔皇大鮑魚，因為原本本寫了120克，而非幾多頭，上枱後大家都覺得比想像中大，而且很軟腍容易切開 。吃完已經很飽，而且炸醬麵非常不吸引，也不能更換其他菜式 。最後甜品是原個椰子奉上，一人一盅。很是清新開胃，有點椰子凍再加上楊枝甘露的感覺，上面雪糕椰子味不太重 。
