To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與友好同事的一餐聚會，三人不謀而合都叫了麵包三文治先說小人的公司三文治，柯打之後等了又等、等完再等，連同事也差不多食完忍不住出聲追問，是否要這麼久？小人極奇不好意思要同事等著，走出收銀台詢問。結果都要再坐一會才到，真是等到花兒也謝了！這份公治的餡料包括有烤雞、火雞、火腿、炒蛋和酸瓜，當然還有生菜及蕃茄，旁邊伴有少許沙律。食味是好的，起碼高於一般茶記質數。三文魚碎蛋百吉包，當中亮點是那些碎蛋，混了沙律醬後，每一口都食到蛋香，軟滑的口感和著鹹香的煙三文魚，也很不錯。吞拿魚三文治最重要的是那超級海量的吞拿魚！極份三文治，吞拿魚佔了三份之二，一啖咬下，魚一定多過包，完全能夠滿足飽腹之慾！其實食物是不差的，只是出餐速度有待改善，是一場持久戰。
