To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木係我經常食ge餐廳，價錢合理環境都舒適！餐牌設計得好可愛好少女😍鹽酥雞麵啲鹽酥雞炸得好趣，鹹鹹地雞肉都算滑同埋juicy。麵係我鍾意嘅闊麵，咬起嚟好有咬口，湯底又濃郁，重口味ge人一定鍾意。不過杯珍珠奶茶相比起嚟就較為失色。芝心雞翼肉燥飯，肉燥好淋好入味，雞翼就正正常常。食完正餐嚟到茶木又點可以唔食甜品呢🙊爆谷芋圓雪糕，芋圓雖然有兩隻顏色，但係其實大家味道都係一樣😅一啖雪糕加爆谷，配搭幾得意。
