今個sem break得果幾日,無得去旅行!!唯有豪食韓燒解下愁囉…話明豪食,緊係揀d正野食。點左個濟州島黑毛豬五花腩黎燒燒,聽個名就個架勢! 呀姐仲教左我地唔同食法,可以好似韓國人咁用生菜包住配料醬汁同juicy既五花腩一齊送入口,又食到肉又食到菜,好健康,哈哈。不過都係就咁食最有肉感。韓燒呢家野太大油煙唔太岩我,我都係坐定定等人煮比我食算。點左個紅炆牛肋肉,熱乎乎原煲滾住上。夠熱不特止,味道真係一流,入味到爆,連配菜蘿蔔都浸曬汁。份量仲要夠多!!!!呢排生牛肉都有好多人介紹,見佢價錢都唔算貴,所以就黎個小挑戰。一上菜驚見大堆紅色肉類,堅係生勾勾咁食。其實都幾驚會腥,但食落口又唔覺好腥,反而好有涼拌菜既感覺。又唔會太冰,你知啦,食肉食到未溶既冰都幾失望…不過怕生既女仔就唔好試啦,因為都幾大碟…
