To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去譚仔都一定會叫嘅係雞肉同埋炸醬，今次見到譚仔出咗個新嘅Menu，又有雞又有肉醬嘅撈米線，一見到就冇諗任何嘢即刻叫。嗰一日去食嘅時候係lunch hour，成間舖得兩至三個姐姐幫手執嘢同落單，好多枱都未執好，不過姐姐都好好見我哋幾個人就幫我哋執咗先，但係都因為人手唔夠，所以我哋都等咗差唔多到15至20分鐘先有得食。雖然等咗好耐，但係都冇影響到我時薪米線嘅心情，烤雞炸醬撈米線係Default左10小辣，辣度對我來講啱啱好，雞肉同係普通有少少唔同，烤雞肉面層有烤過嘅痕跡，令到雞肉更香，識落更好味，鍾意雞肉同炸醬嘅人可以一戰，不過個面有少少乾，可以叫杯嘢飲。
