To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

網上見到譚仔三哥米線出咗新嘅撈麵食法，我自己本身好鍾意食薯粉，特登抽時間去試。天氣開始熱，撈麵比較清爽！$39 有炸菜，豬耳，雲耳，青瓜絲，有啲脆卜卜嘅嘢唔知點叫～我揀左5小辣，但唔知係咪d料本身用麻辣撈過，所以再辣d。味道不錯，就算撈麵都唔會凍冰冰，薯粉熱熱地，好食。美中不足是，食到後面覺到好咸，可能調味料向哂底。如果佢跟餐可以叫嘢飲，我覺得會再好啲。本身可以加多啲配料嘅，不過我覺得呢個份量都幾夠飽。都幾啱想食埋小食嘅朋友，因為佢都配料幾齊全。
