法國五月,找來此店,經常路過此區,從未走入近在咫尺唐樓,所以亦未試過唐樓内餐廳,地下升降機是舊式,開關都要用手拉推,尋找此類餐廳,好似探秘,像胡志明市多數餐廳coffee shop都是在殘舊舊樓内,地下烏黑,人又烏黑,每次都好似探險,内裏就別有洞天,巴黎的餐廳(聖母院附近)我見多數在地舖,後巷。用openice訂枱,本安排室内,但當天下雨,阿婆怕凍,坐出露台,有微風,清爽,休閒寫意,張枱較矮,飲酒coffee較適合,侍應妹妹圓圓面甜美,有禮,親切。Nicoise雞蛋蕃茄吞拿魚沙律$138,份量少,罐頭吞拿魚,雞蛋一般,蛋黃扁,鯷魚失踪,車厘茄鮮甜,甜醋橄欖油一般。好久無食法國蝸牛$88,充滿期待,熱辣辣端上枱,鋪滿溶解牛油浸黑綠色香草,香氣已失散或逃走?肉質只是消失靈魂軀壳,用蒜蓉掩飾,略靱。Carbonara black truffle $158,松露香濃,無逃走走,扁意粉,煙肉,但醬汁乾,笠口,但可接受。Galettes four season $148,深啡色薄皮,軟身,聽說用蕎麥粉,麥粉及蛋煎,但無蛋味,不甜不咸,上面放:雅支竹夠酸,意大利火腿滿意,蕃茄汁疏菜,炒雜菌香,各樣少
