To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話説最近本人都要去九龍城開工, 就到處搵下有冇好食嘅餐廳, 咁呢間德昌魚蛋粉就幾時都要排隊, 同名嘅餐廳我之前響北角嘅時候就食過一次, 因為年代久遠所以印象唔深, 不過就因為本住排隊有好野嘅關係就試下九龍城呢間啦菜單顯示包括平常嘅粉麵之外都有d 三文治, 扒包之類魚蛋河加紫菜, 38+5蚊, 湯底清澈, 有冬菜, 青蔥襯底河粉比坊間平常嘅晶瑩剔透得多, 口感較爽唔糯, 有米香, 幼身唔會咁易糊魚片有3塊, 彈牙有魚味, 鹹香手擠魚蛋, 比平常潮州魚蛋細粒, 仔細咁睇會見到有魚鱗軟骨, 證明真材實料,有魚味, 口感結實彈牙埋單43蚊, 比起坊間嘅魚蛋粉檔係出色嘅, 但要排咁耐隊同位於九龍城對我黎講唔就腳, 未必夠足夠吸引力再誇區黎食多次了
