To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

排長龍人氣排骨麵店

星期六午飯時段嚟到西環好出名嘅排骨麵店，前面有五六個人，排咗大概廿分鐘先有得入。眼見人人都係點排骨麵，但原來有排骨粗炒所以點咗排骨湯麵同粗炒各一。菜膽雲吞排骨湯麵先上枱，上海麵麵質幾好有少少煙韌，湯就比較清淡無咩味精。上海雲吞好味，好似屋企食到嘅味道。即點即炸嘅排骨係另上，排骨炸到金黃色賣相好靚。炸粉唔算厚食落酥脆，但唔會過份油膩。食落無鬆肉粉味，再加上一邊食一邊聽到廚房嘅揼豬扒聲，我估真係無落鬆肉粉。排骨粗炒等咗一陣先有得食，大大塊排骨放喺粗炒上面賣相好吸引。粗炒比起一般上海粗炒淺色同埋少油，食落比較淡味，係走健康路線嘅上海粗炒。上海粗炒份量好大，所以最後食唔晒，下次都係叫返湯麵好啲。排骨麵嘅主角-排骨的確幾出色，值得排隊一試。但始終都係食咗十幾年嘅大埔炸豬扒麵最好味。
