To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家老店在西環，我中學時好像吃過一次... 然而在這附近住了這麼多年，我幾乎每天都會經過，可能店外圖片不夠吸引，一直都沒人願意陪我來吃。某日下午茶時間我就自己來，因為非繁忙時段，我一人坐一張四人桌，點了菜膽雲吞排骨麵，飲品半價（凍熱同價）。服務態度滿分，服務員耐心下單，上菜前詢問客人是否吃蔥，老闆也很熱情招呼其他熟客。如果沒有特別要求，上來的麵條就是上海幼麵，但貌似還是很粗的，吃貨論幼麵，蘭州拉麵的毛細依然無可替代；雲吞有骨渣，口感差，吃雲吞要吐骨碎的感覺完全扣分；凍奶茶茶味偏濃勉強接受，但是排骨（沒帶骨頭，我想其實是炸豬排）真的很好吃！！！排骨用調味料先醃過但保留肉味，炸的時間掌握得好，所以外脆內鬆軟。
