To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西營盤區行左咁耐，呢間今場排骨麵基本上午餐時間大排長龍由兩點至五點開始有下午茶，不過就冇最出名的排骨（即係炸豬扒）一個排骨麵只係$38 ，排骨永遠炸到超級鬆脆，鍾意佢呢隻幼上海面既質地湯底有少少胡椒味，唔係太重。基本上係清湯。見到隔離食緊冬菇，好大粒，覺得下次可以一試。另外仲有姐姐喺入邊包緊雲吞，可以下次先試。老闆好好人，禮貌好好鋪頭細細，但乾淨整潔午飯時間預咗排隊，一個人比較容易搵位置建議兩點後過嚟
