To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無骨海南雞飯的那個雞油飯真的非常恐怖,食不停口, 配以他們的甜豉油及薑蓉等等, 冇骨海南雞,皮脆肉嫩,就算是雞胸也十分嫩滑。肉骨茶是馬來西亞版本, 帶深色的, 沒有過多的藥材味,相信適合大眾口味,配菜豬骨、豬手、雞腳等等都是十分軟淋,配飯一流。我最期望的咖央多士沒有提供,於是挑了炸蝦餅安慰自己。 炸蝦餅比我想像中肉厚,而且炸完之後爽脆彈牙。要推介他們的甜品,那個摩摩喳喳是南洋比較受歡迎的甜品,有紅豆、涼粉、芋圓等等加上椰奶撈在一起吃,香滑而且不黏口,夏天吃我覺得非常好。榴槤波波裏面是像流沙奶皇一樣金黃色,而且榴槤味挺濃烈。整體餐廳十分乾淨,而且員工都十分好,會介紹好吃的食物,他們的食品都是十分大盤, 好飽!
