晚上吾息煮,雖然冇$1雞N年,但不乏抵食推廣菜色,仲平過自己煮。2個人,叫2個菜再加個咕嚕肉,檯檯都叫燒雞,成隻叉住上檯,再加酒在你面點火,盡收視覺效果。皮脆有炸子雞效果,熱辣辣上碟,皮脆之餘仲有微微酒香,肉汁鎖住,除了雞胸有點乾嚡,雞肉多汁鮮嫩滑口。$5O絕對抵食。蒸斑好大條,僅僅熟,所以鮮嫩吾嚡吾老,可惜魚肚有鯹泥味,薑味及蔥味也不足。大條魚只系$6O,真系咁啦。叫多個咕嚕肉,肉吾肥夠嫩滑,可惜皮吾夠脆,而且汁超酸。加多2個白飯,茶$,再加1,埋單$260.眞經濟實惠。
