To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜滿樓係食傳統風味地道菜，食落一點都唔老，而且有特色，味道唔錯嘅菜館。週末晚上到來，已經坐得滿滿，一班朋友訂了二樓大檯就坐。揭開餐牌望一望，發覺有多款好合口味的特色小菜，樓面姐姐推介最受歡迎嘅芝麻雞、蜜椒脆鱔球、鳳味蝦球、避風塘鮮魷、陳皮蒸肉餅同雞油炒豆苗。樣樣都有水準食過番尋味。最好味係蜜椒鱔球，食落無骨淡淡肉，沾了蜜芽糖在面。個芝麻雞同避風塘鮮魷香口惹味，避風塘鮮魷夠新鮮，只可惜有點辣，下次要叫少辣。
