一般的拉麵店的座位都很擠迫,每次去都很想吃完即走。但土瓜灣的金鶴拉麵,座位則難得一見的非常寬敞舒適。店面以黑色為主打,感覺很有日本武士風。沒想到拉麵店的服務都能如此周到,餐前店員會送上優質厚實的日本濕紙巾抹手,洗手間更有牙具提供。一般吃拉麵,我都比較鐘情豬骨湯,濃郁的味道令我忍不住一口又一口往咀裡送。金鶴拉麵以雞白湯為主打,湯頭以六小時熬製,熬成牛奶般的奶白色。試過雞白湯後,它成為了我心中比豬骨湯有過之而無不及的拉麵湯底。雞白湯拉麵雞白湯味道香濃得來,比豬骨湯少了一份油膩感,而且質感很幼滑。拉麵完份吸收了濃郁的雞白湯,味道好就肯定的了。雞肉嫩滑得出奇,原來是用慢煮的方式烹調,難怪又嫩又juicy。叉燒同樣肉嫩,脂肪位的肉味特別香。炸牛蒡不要浸進湯中,要趁脆快吃才好。活燒蒲燒鰻魚飯店家採用新鮮的鰻魚,即場在廚房生燒。即燒鰻魚的肉質保留著豐富的彈牙感,焦香的魚肉厚實啖啖肉。一客鰻魚飯,熱騰騰剛燒好的鰻魚蓋滿在飯上,份量絕對充足。跟鰻魚飯有漬物前菜和湯。八爪魚漬物味道不錯,湯品中加入了三文魚骨,令湯味道更鮮甜。如果獨自一人來店,在雞白湯拉麵和鰻魚飯之間選其一,實在是兩難!
