To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千兩，相信大家對呢間連鎖店都唔會陌生，不過今次食晚餐，就真係有d驚喜。驚喜在於呢個是日精選的餐牌，無諗過千兩而家除咗有本身menu的食物之外，仲有新鮮魚獲的選擇。好多白身魚同埋貝殼類都有提供，而且價錢比起好多居酒屋都要抵食我地揀咗“時令魚鮮七點刺身盛”，另外再加咗一隻北寄貝。呢個拼盤賣相好豐盛，魚質新鮮，味道亦好鮮甜，每款魚都有獨特的味道，不過我就唔識分邊款打邊款啦後來問番waiter先知半條鮮魚原來係黑鯛，另外隻北寄貝都真係勁鮮甜除咗呢個拼盤，當然要食下其他壽司同卷物啦！除咗魚生之外，仲食咗串燒。最後，我就飲咗個茶壺湯，可能因為太夜，餐廳無哂蜆，反而帶子就比平時再比多一隻，整個湯好鮮甜，加埋個青檸調一調味，無咁單調得黎，亦都係好暖胃既總結。總括黎講，今晚既晚餐好有驚喜，平時menu既食物保持到水準，而是日精選性價比好高，我地食到差不多最遲一枱先離開，侍應都好禮貌地黎check我地要唔要last order同埋收錢，又唔會做d小動作催促我地離開，整體來說，真係好滿意

我地揀咗“時令魚鮮七點刺身盛”，另外再加咗一隻北寄貝。呢個拼盤賣相好豐盛，魚質新鮮，味道亦好鮮甜，每款魚都有獨特的味道，不過我就唔識分邊款打邊款啦
