❌肉質極韌 meat (teeny-tiny bit clung to the fatty tissue) is chewy and tough
🤯燒鵝皮完全不香,不脆 skin is soft like it was steamed
🤢燒鵝汁太鹹,香料太重,帶不出肉香甜味,反而帶出騷味(味道似鴨,但又比燒鴨難食) too salty and seasoning/spice only “overly enhanced” the gamy taste of goose
🤮肉汁極少,或者應該說肉份量極少,肥膏太多,半隻燒鵝肉的份量不及街坊酒家一份燒鵝例牌 meat (if any) is not juicy
🙅🏻♂️每一件燒鵝都太油膩,當日或隔夜煎/炒/微波爐叮都救不了。tooooooooooo much FAT
👎🏻失望是單輪鵝肉味道,肥瘦比例,皆極度離譜;
👎🏻失望是我外賣到家,才發覺燒鵝變成燒肥膏;
⁉️運氣差,鵝供應有一兩隻特肥❓
無錯👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻我最失望是燒味廚房師傅,斬料師傅,包裝外賣樓面員工竟然冇一人認為如此🤬肥🤬的燒鵝有問題。
(落單時我絕無任何額外要求,因認為一般燒味舖頭亦應該只出售”合理肥瘦度”的燒味)
If I were the chef, I would never serve/allow such quality of the supposedly signature dish
與家人非常喜歡燒鵝,
自問對食物亦有少許研究,香港中國內地英國的燒鵝亦試過。
米芝蓮,名牌,街坊小店,連鎖:
深井陳記,深井裕記,鏞記,一樂燒鵝,卅二公館。。。即烤和外賣都嘗試過。
只計名二代/副綫:
裕鵝莊,鏞鏞藝嚐館。。。都嘗試過。
肯定這是我人生吃過最難吃最恐怖的燒鵝。
完全因為棋哥的名字才會特地到深水埗以近300大元的價錢買半隻燒鵝。
從來不寫食評但外賣回家,越吃越憤怒。
希望大家不會成為下一受害者。
